Häring views itself as a service provider for large-scale production. That is why we do not commit to specific technologies: Our production processes and machinery are much more than just state-of-the-art – they are constantly being further developed to continue improving the production processes. That is precisely why we use state-of-the-art machines, assemble them ourselves, set them up for your workpiece spectrum and retrofit them quickly if necessary. We adapt technologies to meet custom requirements, develop new procedures and processes and modify these if needed. That is undoubtedly one of the reasons why we have such tremendous depth of production.
We will gladly advise you on suitable production processes and optimization options:
Bar multispindle, cam/hybrid and full CNC machines, passage up to 52 mm
Chuck multispindle/rotary machines
Laser drilling/laser machining
Hard and soft gearing
Non-contact PECM machining
Induction hardening, case hardening and laser hardening in-house
All other common processes with external certified partners
Away from individual parts to assemblies with a wide range of joining techniques
Subassembly pre-assembly at Häring Process shift and focus on core competencies
Grinding (centerless, through, intermediate centers, out-of-round, internal grinding)
Finishing (stone, belt)
Lapping and polishing processes
Additional cleaning systems
Cleanrooms for sorting and packing processes
The Häring team quickly learns new technologies and, as a technology leader, often masters them before others do. Why? Because being future-oriented and able to think progressively are traits that are ingrained deeply in our process excellence DNA.
We will gladly advise you on new possibilities open to you thanks to virtual reality, digitization, automation or new machine technologies and which advantages they can have for your large-scale production.
