The aim of the cooperation is to give eighth-grade students early access to modern, practice-oriented training in the field of CNC technology. The corresponding declaration of intent was signed on March 30 by Deputy Mayor Katarzyna Pabich-Gaj and Jakob Kottas, GeneralManager of Häring Polska in Piotrków Trybunalski. The meeting took place at City Hall. Also present were Mariusz Seneczyn, Head of Training at Häring, Artur Fabiański, Director of ZSP No. 2, and Monika Trawczyńska, Head of the Department of Education.
The core of the cooperation is the establishment of a partnership class at the Branżowa Szkoła I Stopnia (ZSP No. 2). There, the students will be trained as machine operators in the field of machining within a dual education system. The focus is on the operation and programming of modern CNC machines. The partnership class is already planned for the coming school year, so that the training can begin as scheduled on September 1, 2026.
The new educational program opens up concrete career prospects for the students and apprentices. The practical training takes place at the modern training academy of Häring Polska. The program is complemented by technical and language support, including technical terminology in foreign languages as well as workshops on reading technical drawings and metrology.
In addition, scholarships and awards are planned for particularly high-performing students. After successfully completing school, the best graduates will have the opportunity to join the company.
Monika Trawczyńska, Head of the Department of Education, emphasizes that it is important not only to provide students in the field of machining with theoretical knowledge, but above all to give them confidence in handling modern technology. Cooperation with a partner such as Häring Polska gives them access to international standards already during their training.
With the partnership class, Häring Polska underlines its long-term commitment to promoting young technical talent and to close cooperation with educational institutions. At the same time, the company is making an important contribution to preparing students and apprenticesspecifically for the requirements of industry.
