The students gained insights into modern manufacturing processes at Haering Polska. Machines and technologies were presented, along with applications from automation technology and the use of robotics in modern manufacturing processes. Practical demonstrations and discussions with trainers, employees, and apprentices presented the program and showed how school-based education and professional practice can be connected. The focus was on the Haering Academy, where students learn technical fundamentals and gain practical experience early on.
In addition, international development opportunities within the Häring Group were presented. Apprentices also have the opportunity to gain experience at locations in Germany or the United States.
